About Cracker Jack Charters

Cracker Jack operates from Pine Harbour throughout the Hauraki Gulf to Great Barrier Island, Coromandel and the Firth of Thames.

Cracker Jack is fully licensed by Maritime New Zealand and is owner operated by Dave and Christine Harries.

Dave  has  been a passionate fisherman in many parts of the world for nearly 60years and is dedicated  to using his knowledge to help clients  have a fishing trip to remember.   Christine is involved in bookings and client contact.

Cracker Jack is a custom built 9.2metre Allenco Sportsfisherman  powered by a 250hp ETEC engine giving a cruising speed of between 22 and 28kts which gets  you to the fishing spots quickly.

Cracker Jack is a very sea kindly boat with state of the art electronic navigation and fish finding equipment and is fitted with a clean private toilet and hot shower.

Cracker Jack is available for bottom, live, and soft bait fishing, competition, sightseeing and diving for up to 9 passengers. We can also customize day charters to suit your needs.

We supply quality bait and fishing gear from soft bait through to heavy  Kingfish  and Hapuka rods and reels free of charge.
